1. Digital Products

All products sold on AstroTarotica are digital goods - personalized astrological reports delivered as PDF documents via email. Due to the nature of digital products, once a report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. General Refund Policy

All sales are final once the report has been delivered. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe there has been an error with your order or you are unsatisfied for a legitimate reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. When Refunds May Be Issued
